Just finished up a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 22 year old Trane Natural Gas Furnace. I found multiple cracks throughout the heat exchanger, some even turning into decent size holes. That is never a fun conversation to have but the safety of our customers is the most important thing to us.
