Just replaced the flue piping for an 80% Lennox Natural Gas Furnace. The port going to the chimney was FILLED with sediment from the previous Oil Furnace that took a decent amount of time to clean out, but we got it done! Everything looks perfect and is completely sealed to the wall so no more breathing CO, enjoy the clean air!
Just performed a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a Luxaire Natural Gas Furnace that we installed 11 years ago in the Thornton Pennsylvania area. After noticing that the blower wheel is beginning to get caked up, I recommended to get a blower wheel cleaning. We had to come back and replace the Steam Humidifier canister anyways, so it all works out perfectly. Other than those 2 things, everything looked great and you should enjoy a very comfortable winter! Single digits are no match for that unit

Just performed a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 13yr old Lennox Natural Gas Furnace in the Wilmington Delaware area. The unit itself looked perfect and just needed a good cleaning and wipe down. The flue piping was a different story, being it was only taped to the wall and not properly connected. Just performed a Routine Maintenance on an American Standard Propane Furnace that we installed 9 years ago in the Landenberg Pennsylvania area. Everything was looking top notch except a flame sensor that was beginning to deteriorate from the propane gas. I recommended replacement soon just so they aren’t out of heat for something as simple as a faulty sensor. After a good wipe down and vacuuming, this unit was looking brand spanking new! After seeing both capacitors we’re pretty low, Alex decided to give the green light to get those swapped out. I also noticed that the defrost timer was on the wrong delay and got that switched over for him as well. After that, everything seemed to be spic and span! Just got finish doing a double Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on 9 year old Carrier Gas Furnaces in Bear Delaware. The one in the attic had a decent amount of material that was building up on the blower fins. After approving my recommendation of pulling it out and cleaning it, that’s exactly what I did!
