Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on an American Standard gas furnace that we put in in 2018 in the Elkton Maryland area. Everything was looking fantastic and just needed a quick wipe down and vacuum. All of my measurements pointed towards a healthy unit and we expect to see many more seasons out of this one!
