Just performed a Routine Maintenance on an American Standard Propane Furnace that we installed 9 years ago in the Landenberg Pennsylvania area. Everything was looking top notch except a flame sensor that was beginning to deteriorate from the propane gas. I recommended replacement soon just so they aren’t out of heat for something as simple as a faulty sensor. After a good wipe down and vacuuming, this unit was looking brand spanking new!
