I had an Appointment today with Your Company rep. He was supposed to come between 9am - 1pm.. no show, no explanation The dispatcher was very apologetic and offered to replace with Brandon, who was on appointment but not in my area. He agreed to come right away or soon as traffic allowed. I was impressed with the dispatcher’s effort and Brandon’s willingness to help. I was even more impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and expertise in his field. He patiently explained the program step by step and asked if I had any questions. I felt very comfortable with his explanation and thought he was a reliable source. I wish there would be more professionals, like Brandon in any field.
