Joel Montano and his assistant James were very respectful and courteous. They came in and properly introduced themselves. Joel had his ID/badge properly pinned and displayed. It gives the customer a feeling of safety. Joel immediately explained the purpose of their visit. They checked my water heater and furnace. Then he gave me his recommendations. He further explained the reason behind his recommendations. They nicely installed 2 vents at the door that covered my water heater. He offered other services like changing shower heads, and installation of carbon monoxide devices and smoke alarms. They checked my attic for proper insulation. They also made sure that the next follow up was scheduled as well. Joel together with his assistant James were very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. He should be properly recognized for a job well done. God bless him. Thank you.
