I have an older furnace that is temperamental almost every Fall/Winter so I've had much experience with heating repair companies. First, the scheduler responded in a timely manner. My service man then called from the road to keep me updated as to how long he would be and asked if it was convenient for me if he came "after hours". Yes! He came at night! 9:00pm when in the past we have had to wait overnight, in a house with no heat, until the next afternoon! When he arrived Ron was efficient, explained in laymens terms the problem and what he did to repair it. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Ron The Furnace Man!! And my furnace is humming along too.
