I completed a diagnostic on a Rheem AC unit. I checked all the of the system and found no issues. I let the system run and there were no issues at this time. The system is operational upon departure.
I installed a Carrier 80% 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. The customer's upgraded to Carrier systems. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are both operational at this time.

I completed a diagnostic on a Trane AC unit. I found the cap and wiring was bad. I replaced both the cap and wiring and ran the system. It ran with no further issues and it is operational at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a Maytag air conditioning unit. I found the the cap blown and a clogged filter. I replaced the cap and removed the filter. The customer did not want us to fix. The system is operational at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on an Armstrong air conditioning unit. I found the filter to be clogged, so I replaced that. I also found the contactor pitted. The blower does not sound good when starting it up. I recommended a unit replacement do to the issues. At the time of departure, the system is operational.

I went to customers home to perform a diagnostic, but client was more interested in just replacing furnace then diagnostic, but diagnosed a failed blower motor. Waived diagnostic and scheduled furnace replacement
I completed diagnostics and found it 58F coming out of registers upstairs. I added a 0.5lb of 410A. The refrigerant levels at 90F saturation temp:116/292 9SC. The system reached desired temp and shut off like it should. The system is operational upon departure.
I performed a diagnostic on a Bryant air conditioner. I found that the system was extremely low on refrigerant due to a leak. I went over the options with the customer and they decided to replace the system.
