I had Mason Heating & Air scheduled for A/C tune-up service. Our unit is old, operational but was having noise when the fan kicks in. Technician Mike was able to narrow down the issue and identified condenser motor and fan need to be replaced. Mike arranged procuring the parts quickly working with the back office and get it fixed as soon as the parts arrived. Thank you Mike, I will highly recommend

I completed a diagnostic on a Bryant AC unit. I found the condensate pump clogged. I gave the customer options and they said they would let us know.
I completed a diagnostic on a Rheem AC unit. I checked all the of the system and found no issues. I let the system run and there were no issues at this time. The system is operational upon departure.
I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. The customer has upgraded the unit to Carrier. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a Rheem system. I was advised there was noise coming from the blower. The blower motor was not kicking on and just humming, sounds terrible while it’s running. I also found the bearings on the blower were bad. I gave the customer options to replace the blower motor or the system.
I completed a diagnostic on a Byrant heating and cooling system. The thermostat was wired correctly, but the wires were smashed together between the wall and back plate for thermostat. I connected the common wire and re-wired the thermostat. I cycled the systems and is working properly at this time. Advised the customer if this happens again, the thermostat is most likely bad.

I gave an estimate to install a Carrier "Infinity Series" 80% 2 Stage Variable Speed 110,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a Bryant furnace and Payne AC unit. I found water damage on the ceiling and is coming from 2 trunks that feed 2 registers in the living room. I also found some obvious cracks on the siding for the house directly next to these spots. The issue has happened in the past and the ceiling was painted over, but problem was never addressed.
