I went to the customer's home to work repair a coolant leak on the liquid line.
I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman AC unit. I found the PVC elbow that comes off the male bitting connected to the pan and was not connected tight enough or not glued at all. I tested the condensate pump and it drained fine. The customer still wanted the pump replaced, so went ahead and replaced it. I advised the customer if the unit is still leaking after this, then the only other place it could be leaking from would be the drain pan.
I completed a diagnostic on a Gibson AC unit. Upon the arrival, the customer said it started working again, but still wanted me to look at it. It appears to be the fan could possibly be on an overload and the filter needed changed. The customer will call if the unit stops working again.
I went to the customer's home to work on a Carrier 13 SEER 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I adjusted the blower speeds from med low to med high for cooling and added a couple ounces since pressures changed after I changed blower speeds. The filter was clean and I also cut and cleared the drain. The system is cooling properly at this time.
I went to the customer's home to hook up the humidifier and to replace the transformer. I ran both and they are operational at this time.
I installed a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I installed a Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner and a Aprilaire High Efficiency 4 Air Cleaner. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are both operational at this time.
I gave an estimate to install a Five Star Multi-Speed 2 Ton Electric Furnace / Fan and a Five Star 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. I included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a Trane AC unit. I found water has gotten into the service compartment for the condenser, the wires are falling apart, and both start and run caps are bad. I advised the customer of repair costs and they will let us know.
I went to the customer's home to perform a service call on a Five Star 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled the system and checked refrigerant pressures. I found subcooling was 9-10 but my superheat was bouncing around from 13-27 degrees and would not stable out. I then went down stairs to make sure the TXV bulb was mounted properly and secure. The TXV was bad and needs replaced.

I went to the customer's home to give an estimate on a furnace, but I was unable to provide service.
I completed a diagnostic on a Ducane AC unit. I found the unit was oversized and the duct work terrible. The customer did not want anything done. The system is operational at this time.
