I completed a diagnostic on a Rheem system. I was advised there was noise coming from the blower. The blower motor was not kicking on and just humming, sounds terrible while it’s running. I also found the bearings on the blower were bad. I gave the customer options to replace the blower motor or the system.

I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman AC unit. I found the cap was bad and contactor was pitted. I washed the condenser and cleared the drain. I found the unit low on coolant. I gave the customer options and they will let us know.
I went to the customer's home to look at the ductwork. I found a few spots where humidity could possibly be getting around the trunk line. I tapped up a couple gaps in ductwork and the customer would like to put insulation in a couple spots and see if it helps. The customer will let us know if there is any other issues.

I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Upon inspection, I found that the blower would not come on. Very hot. Burnt smell. Cooled down with a leaf blower. Cap-1.3/5 replaced. Dual cap-34.5/5 rated 35/5 has a hard start. 73 suction 20SH very humid in the house. Advised client blower will most likely fail soon.
