I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier Multi-Speed 2.5 Ton Electric Furnace / "Slope" Coil. I found there is a window directly under register in question is open and has a window unit in it. I put more insulation around register boot in the attic. This is the only register that’s doing it so I’m thinking it’s just the window drawing in hot air causing the register to sweat.

Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. There were different repairs needing to be done, but the customer insisted on doing it himself.
