I had the best customer service with James he explained everything from top to bottom in a way that was very easy to understand. The install team was very polite and cleaned up when they finished spotless . The installation went exactly as told,I would recommend Metro Express to anyone. When the job was finished James came back for a quality check to go over everything and set up the new thermostat and see if we had any questions
