I called Romano Bros. Heating and Air and was able to speak personally with the owner, Matthew, in regards to my furnace not functioning properly. I have used their services before and found them to be quite reliable and extremely affordable. Matthew came to my house within the hour and the problem was fixed shortly after. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and took time to go over the situation and all my options available. He even followed up later that day to make sure everything was functioning properly. It's difficult today to find companies who don't take advantage of people in an emergency situation, so this experience was quite refreshing. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and will absolutely recommend them to others. The service, courtesy, and price cannot be beat!
