I installed a Five Star 95% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17 and a Five Star 14 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are both operational at this time.
I installed a Five Star 95% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3.5T 17. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
I installed a Five Star 14 Seer 3 ton heat pump, a Five Star 95% 80,000 BTU gas furnace 4T 17 and a Honeywell T6 programmable thermostat/Emerson 1F85U. Price includes condenser, A-coil, line set or flush, pad, furnace, thermostat, venting, electrical, gas piping, and duct adjustment, Also included is an outdoor disconnect, removal of old equipment, tax and installation.
I performed a tune up on a Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. Everything checked out within specs. System is operational upon departure.
Upon inspection, I found burn marks on the defrost control board. I informed the customer and went over their options. The customer has opted to not make any repairs at this time. System is not operational upon departure.
I performed a diagnostic on a 2015 Trane gas furnace that has a bad thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and cleaned the flame sensor.
Arrived at customer's home to find heat not working. I replaced blower motor and system is running efficiently.
I provided an estimate for customer to have a Five Star 96% Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace and a Five Star "Infinity Series" 19 SEER Variable-Speed 3 Ton Air Conditioner installed, along with an Aprilaire High Efficiency 4 Air Cleaner.
While performing my diagnostic tests, I found water inside the pressure switch, drained it, and reattached. Also found a crack in the PVC pipe, customer said they would fix on their own.

Here for a install of a new Five Star System we did on Tuesday. Client stated she was hearing a weird whistling noise. Upon inspection found flue pipe coming from water heater not connected . Connected flue pipe from water heater. Cycled system 3 times and did not hear any noise. System is on and operational at departure
Upon arrival client stated unit was not coming on. Client just had a power outage. Compressor is seized up
