Josh came out on an evening call, found my furnace's issue in a couple of minutes, looked for other issues, and went over my options. He went above and beyond to resolve my problem. I truly received 5 star service.
Did a diagnostic, found condenser not running and no voltage at disconnect. The breaker was tripped and found the unit is running on a 20/20 amp breaker which is minimum for this condenser. Advised customer if the breaker continues to trip they may want to consider replacing with a 30/30 amp breaker. System operational at time of departure.
