Josh came out on an evening call, found my furnace's issue in a couple of minutes, looked for other issues, and went over my options. He went above and beyond to resolve my problem. I truly received 5 star service.

Did a diagnostic, found condenser not running and no voltage at disconnect. The breaker was tripped and found the unit is running on a 20/20 amp breaker which is minimum for this condenser. Advised customer if the breaker continues to trip they may want to consider replacing with a 30/30 amp breaker. System operational at time of departure.
Upon inspection, I found the customer needed to replace the indoor coil I informed the customer and went over options. Customer would like to replace coil. Will have office order part and then call customer to schedule. System is not operational upon departure.
I returned to apply Easy Seal to the system to address issues with a leak in the A/C. I cycled the system to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.

I performed a pressure set on a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and customer is ready for the cooling season.
Upon inspection, I found the control board on the furnace needed replaced, possibly the ignitor as well. I informed the customer and they have declined the repairs at this time. Once I was able to get the furnace running during the diagnostic, the A/C unit came on and was functioning. Furnace is not operational upon departure, but A/C is.

I performed an installation inspection on a Carrier 96% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace. I will need to return in order to fix the exhaust flue and the return.
I performed a callback on an install of a 2020 Five Star gas furnace that was not operating how it should. The pressure switch hose going to the inducer was not plugged in. I corrected this issue and the furnace is operational.
