I installed a Carrier Multi-Speed X-13 2.5 Ton Electric Furnace and a Carrier 14 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are operational at this time.
I installed a Five Star electric furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU), Five Star 14 Seer heat pump (Up to 3 ton) and a Honeywell T10 Programmable Thermostat.
I performed a tune up on a Five Star 17 SEER 2 STAGE 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Everything checked out within specs. System is operational upon departure.
I installed an igniter for the customer. I cycled the system to ensure everything was functioning properly. System is operational upon departure.

I performed a tune up on a Lennox gas furnace. During the tune up, I found the burner assembly needed replaced. I informed the customer, and they approved the replacement. Will have the office order part and schedule a time to come back out. System is not operational upon departure.
Upon inspection, I found the thermostat was not wired correctly. I informed the customer and they approved replacing with a thermostat from the truck. I replaced the thermostat and cycled the system multiple times without issue. System is operational upon departure.
I completed a callback install and found that the noise reported was from vibrating ductwork.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a Goodman Gas Furnace. Determined that due to the condition of the unit that it be replaced. Quoted customer for new unit.
I set the pressures and added the necessary amount of refrigerant to a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Everything was operational upon my departure.
I provided an estimate on a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I will wait to hear back from the customer on how they would like to proceed.
I performed a tune up on a Five Star 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. I found the refrigerant to be low. I added some to the system and cycled to ensure no other issues were present. Everything else checked out within specs. System is operational upon departure.
I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and customer is ready for the cooling season.
Upon inspection, I could not replicate the noise the customer had call about. I checked over the the unit and inspected the flue pipe and could not find anything wrong. System is in good condition and is operational upon departure.
Client requested an estimate to install a Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
