Completed dryer vent cleaning and free AC tune up and 50 point inspection. This was performed in Fort Lauderdale florida and the AC system was a 2018 Rheem system. Made some recommendations for the new homeowners for maintenance on the AC system to prevent a break down, that way they don’t Have AC repair issues in the summer.
