He did a good job cleaning the heater. No rushing or missed dirty spots. Wish they showed up on the earlier time frame-but he did good job to make up
The company sent out the owner of the business and he did a wonderful job. Love to see a small company have the owner still involved in doing and work. I support first response
We had a precision service done on our heater, our technician Braxton who is also the owner of the company was very kind to my children as they were curiously asking him questions throughout the job. During the service there was a part that was accidentally broken during the tuneup, he offered to return later this evening to correct the issue at no extra cost. I love companies that stand for what they did wrong and make it right! Thank you for’s response and we will be using you every year from now on
The tuneup was very thorough, Van was cute, the booties they put on are cute, and the technician was super cute!
The service manager was the one that came out, nice enough guy and did a really good job to fix the system. I would recommend this company with ease
The technician Braxten was very good at his job. He informed the problems clearly and taught me how to reset the system if the unit were to have the same issue down the road. I couldn’t afford the repairs right now but he was kind to give me advice on how to “leg it on”
This is one bad mamma JAMA when it comes to furnaces, He looked at the unit took some parts out found the faulty issue and replaced it within 30 minutes. After expecting about $1000 bill Braxton surprised me with $75 a credit and a 10% discount since I’m on their annual maintenance plan. Final bill after tax came out to $410, love this company and love this mamma JAMA
Brayden was the guy that serviced my furnace, his attention to detail caught minor issues that could have expanded to major problems. ILove this company for their quick to serve attitude and integrity by educating the issues! Thank you 1st Response
Seattle hot water tank installed for a radiant heating system. Tested all the piping both copper in packs types, repaired a copper fitting with shark bite fittings and burped all air out of the heating system. It’s nice to have hot water and a warm house on Saturday weekend afternoon!
Furnace and ac in the attic were leaking directly on the ceiling of the 2nd floor. We lifted the units, re-pipped the drain, and inserted a protective drip pan for future issues to avoid water damage.
South Seattle gas furnace had a bit of clogging in the burners but we were able to successfully remit out and make sure no more debris would cause any clogging to the heat exchangers receiving the heat. Furnace tuneups are so important to keep your furnace healthy, don’t let yours be the next one to catch the bug of the no heat virus
Another gas furnace getting tuned up and cleaning the burners from all that icky debris that builds up inside and creates an efficient gas combustion as well as less heating performance. Don’t forget to get your furnace serviced every year so it’s healthy as a baby!
This Bothell Washington furnace has almost popped it’s Keeny, before we found out the igniter was going to fail we were able to check the ohm rating and prevent a no heat by replacing it. This gas furnace will live to see another day!
This Duval gas furnace was made by the one and only Rheem, although it’s been running strong for 16 years, the circuitboard had too much voltage at one point and created a brain dead situation. It’s a good thing first response heating had enough universal parts to successfully perform a brain transplant of the furnace and keep heat running for the rest of the week and beyond
Another gas furnace feeling healthier and hotter than ever. American Standard and train I want my favorite brands because, well they just look so pretty!
Lake Stevens gas furnace needed repairs on a new blower motor, but found out a run capacitor was all that’s needed. Avoided a lot more expensive other repair than initially quoted from another company. #Save1000BucksAndGetItDoneRightWith1ResponseHeating
Mini split heat pumps can be a real pain when they are clogged with dust and debris, but the heating and cooling system is nicely revived after a thorough precision tune up here in Edmonds Washington
H&R Block just turned into an H&R ice block in this office. Rooftop furnace found to be in operable due to multiple problems with power supply and gas service was shut off as well. Flip the switch make sure all parts are functionable but you told your company still needs to engage the gas meter to deliver that nice warm heat.
Another Mountlake Terrace gas furnace down and out for the count. Repairing the inducer motor to get the furnace heat back on. Repair repair hot damn repair!
Mountlake Terrace gas furnace repair, ECM blower motor failed replacing it now with a brand new one so there’s some spiffy warm air coming in to this family’s home tonight
Furnace tune up like a boss, new Ameristar installation we competed a year ago. Boy time flies!
