Water line to Desuperheater is leaking. Turned off water so leak would stop, need to replace section of water line.
Seasonal maintenance on geothermal unit. Adjusted blower settings for more airflow in cooling mode, turned off auto schedule, and air wave. Adjusted heat pump balance point to max savings.
Seasonal maintenance on heat pump and air filter. Upgraded to 213 filter.
Air Handler/heatpump maintenance system in good healthy working order.
Seasonal maintenance on Tempstar furnace.
Repaired humidifier, checked pump settings
