Found cracked fittings on the drain line. Cut out and removed cracked fittings and made sure drain line was clear.
Maintenance and filters with replacement capacitor for first floor Spring and fall maintenance filters 2x a year and humidifiers in the fall. Repair first floor air conditioner

Replaced dual capacitor on outdoor unit. Cleaned unit and checked over.
Serviced Bryant heat pump and replaced pitted contactor.
Capacitor was bad on the fan side causing outdoor fan not to run. Once fan was running, motor was noises and bearings found to be failing. We replace just the capacitor and not the fan motor.
