Capacitor failed on outdoor unit. Contactor is pitting. Replaced both and washed outdoor unit.
. Found broken blower wheel mount had broken. Allowing blower wheel to spin out of alignment. Causing damage to the blower wheel itself and the blower motor. Furnace under 5 year warranty. So part where under warranty. Billed for one hour of labor and a dispatch charge.
Seasonal maintenance on air conditioners. Cleaned 2nd floor filter, the door has a fault code.
Air conditioner maintenance. System in good working order at this time. Pulled and cleaned blower wheel and housing. Due to dry wall dust build up within blower. Causing burning smell from electric heating elements. Constantly when running electric heat.
. Relocated disconnect causing issues with communication side of equipment.
Replace both motor mounts and pump coupler. Motor mounts put coupler in a bind causing it to break. Once pump was repaired the boiler wouldn’t stay running, found the thermostat to be dropping out at random times. Recommend a new thermostat that will fit that wall.
Move switch to avoid accidentally turning furnace off during filter change.
. Dirty filter causing an Air restriction Causing. Furnace to over heat. Filter should be replaced monthly for a one inch filter.
. Broken wire on the door switch inside furnace. Replaced spade connector to repair wire.
