We had our annual furnace maintenance scheduled for next Friday. However, today, Saturday, a sensor in our furnace malfunctioned so that the temperature wouldn't increase beyond a certain point. Marcus Nearby, the 24 Hour technician, was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He not only addressed and solved the sensor issue, he also performed the scheduled maintenance freeing-up our next Friday afternoon. Marcus was pleasant, helpful and understanding of the situation even with this call on a Saturday.
