The guys were great. They helped explain things to me. All about my old furnace and what was wrong. Then about all the options I had for a new furnace and financing. Then lastly with installation and how to set my settings and what I can do for maintenance. All the guys were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They held to their word, they said things were going to get done and they did it. Also kept to the time frame that they told me.
