The company uses a call and text system to remind you of appointments as well as when the technician is on the way. Our tech, Kevin, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Tasks were completed in a systematic, thorough manner with explanations when appropriate. Suggestions for care of our system were offered. You can pay by credit card to the tech. You get an invoice immediately in your email. I requested a photo since my husband was not at the house, so he could see the issue Kevin worked on. Photos were included in the email invoice.
