I was called to a home to repair an AC unit. The customer had been experiencing issues with their AC unit, including no cold air and a loud buzzing noise. After inspecting the unit, I determined that the AC compressor was not working properly. I recommended replacing the entire AC system with a more energy-efficient model. The customer agreed to the recommendation and I installed a neheat pump, and furnace. The customer was very satisfied with the results and I was able to provide them with a warranty on the new equipment.
