Came home on Sun night after being out of town to no heat. Even though it was snowing and conditions were getting questionable - Casey made it to my house within 3 hours of calling. He correctly diagnosed the problem. He also has a professional and POSITIVE attitude even though it was Valentines night and I am sure he wanted to be elsewhere.
