The owner of the business is exceptional on every level. He conscientiously replaced my air conditioning unit with great thoroughness. I had moved into a new condominium and the air conditioner was not working and I recently had a major surgery. He spent hours doing a thorough job and made no shortcuts in ensuring the quality.
