I called when my AC was malfunctioning and Joe came out within a couple hours to fix it enough to work until a new unit could be installed. I was given time to get a comparison price from another company, but A&E’s price was hundreds less. My new AC was ordered and installed within a week. He made me feel like I was his only customer and that my satisfaction was priority number one.
