We wanted to let you know that both Ricardo and Adam were GREAT installers. They both were thoughtful, kind, patient with any questions, and deliberate at installing our equipment. It was easy to see that they take great pride in their performance and made sure everything was put together the way it should be. And everything looked neat and tidy after they were done! (This coming from a fairly particular individual!) I had a few requests that they were happy to accommodate and their demeanor was always patient and positive, even after 5.00pm on a Friday evening. They arrived at 8.30am and did not leave until 6.30pm, but they never seamed rushed to leave. They did a great job and we appreciate it very much. We also appreciated all Bobby's information and patience while he inspected our old unit and provided us with all the options we had to move forward. He was thorough and very kind as well. He was able to arrive the same day and able to complete the entire furnace and a/c replacement the very next day. Overall we were very pleased with the price, service and attention to detail. I arrived at the client's home and performed a thorough inspection of the air conditioner unit. I checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the coils, and replaced the air filter. I also tested the unit to ensure it was operating correctly. The client was very pleased with the work I performed and expressed that they would recommend me to their friends and family.
