Helped Customer located a noise that they thought was coming from the furnace turns out just an old device that had failed in a box making a high-pitched squeal
Called out to a Lennox unit for a second opinion. Previous company quoted high repairs. After inspecting the unit found that the star component was failed. Replaced component cycled and tested unit. Happy customer.
Trane ac unit not cooling, tested unit was able to get it up and running
Called out for an AC, not working and frozen. Turns out the AC is working just fine filter is just dirty. Customer changed filter. We tested system to make sure proper charge. Everything working good.
Called out early this morning for an AC not cooling. Was able to get out here get this brand AC up and running before the next heat wave came in.
Went out for a maintenance check on an Lennox brand air conditioner. Unit was very dirty working hard. Cleaned unit for Customer checked all electrical components and talk to customer about how important it is to keep unit clean to keep it working at its best efficiencies.
Called out for water on floor, customer thought water heater was leaking. Found drain line had small clog from dehumidifier. Cleared line. Everything is working as shit.
Did complete service on Lennox brand AC system. Checked filter checked drains completely disassembled and cleaned outdoor coil. Check charge system is running as it should. Another happy maintenance agreement Customer..
Maytag air conditioning system maintenance agreement holders times two. Disassembled and cleaned outdoor coils tested all electrical components checked in indoor air filters. System is running as they should.
Called out for an after hours call and no cool. Found unit not operating due to faulty components. Unit is six years old never had any maintenance. Talk to Customer. Let them know how important it is to keep the outdoor unit clean. Replaced outdoor component and cleaned coil. Customer is now happy and cool and on our maintenance contract.
