Excellent Electrical Service

Required licensed electrical work to add new ceiling lights, outlets, and switches, and to correct bollixed work from a previous contractor on GFI circuit, unbalanced ceiling fan, and floor outlets. A+ electrician TG arrived on time with all tools and parts, completed all work exactly at cost estimated, all work was neatly trimmed and finished, work area cleaned. TG diagnosed every issue 100 percent correctly. No wasted effort. I will soon hire A+ to install a Type 1 whole house surge protector without hesitation. Thank you A+

AC Issue

Diagnostic call. Service disconnect was pulled on condenser. Maybe from the buyers HVAC inspector. Plugged in disconnect,system came on. System is operating properly. Seller ( Mr. Tilghman) is not here, just the moves. The client will call in a cc number to the office for payment.

Install maintenance 1 of 1 Blower amps were high on upstairs unit. Added 1.5lbs of 410A to downstairs system to get subcooling to factory spec. Changed blower speed of downstairs system from 4 & 5 to 2 & 5. Replaced both media filters. Upstairs - 20x20x5 & Downstairs - 20x25x1 2 systems: 2018

Free second opinion on a 4 ton 2013 splits heat pump system. Client has a bad 3/4 hp x13 blower motor. Client has. Sold the house. We are going to come back and wire in a 3 speed motor with a peanut relay. Office will call client when part comes in. Put model and serial numbers in return form.

Upon arrival, found no power to the thermostat. Found breaker was tripped at air handler. Checked continuity of each leg of power on breaker and found 1 leg was open. Will need to replace 60A breaker. **Melody will be sending an electrician to replace breaker. Will need to reschedule maintenance.

Diagnostic call. Installed a new peanut relay. Fan is shutting off now when thermostat satisfies. Checked over rest of system. Recommend a service agreement to keep the system operating at peak performance.
