I am not really convinced as of yet that my problem is truly solved and will not know that until my next Electrical Bill come in in January. The issue is if I did not create this problem with a new system. Who is responsible for the increase in cost when the issue seems to have been caused by the installers.

Mark was on time and was a very friendly, courteous technician. He offered me advise on something I could do to better protect my unit.
Technician Cris Hodges arrived well on time, determined tasks to be done, went immediately to work, accomplished survey of equipment and recommended replacements where apparently needed. Changed air filter and removed waste. Work appears to be a complete inspection and tune up of my HVAC equipment. Well done!!!
