Austin did a great and very efficient job! He was very thorough in checking out our system for it's semi-annual maintenance check. We appreciated his courtesy and his dedication to making sure our system was running at peak efficiency.
Kevin was very respectful to since I was here by myself. I appreciate the the way he talked to me and informed me what he did. You should really value him as a great employee. The next time I have a problem I will ask for Kevin to come out and check my unit
tech cris thompson did an outstanding job, once the compressor was made available to him. parts availability needs to looked at , and distributor needs to be changed and coordination with manufacturer when critical parts are needed must happen.

Lionel came immediately with the part that had been ordered, installed it with professionalism and accuracy with some help from Chris. All of us are hoping this will take care of the problem. We appreciated Lionel's final comments that if we have any other problems with the water backup, do not hesitate to call him for service. This left us with the confidence we needed.
Performed routine maintenance on a 10 year trane package unit. Checked filter, checked thermostat, checked elements and blower amps, checked the evaporator coil, checked drain pan and blew out the drain line, checked/tightened electrical connections, checked capacitor, checked fan and compressor amps, checked pressures and reversing valve, cleaned condenser coil. Refrigerant levels are normal as are amp draws on compressor. Start assist is good and ultraviolet light is operating. Defrost and electric heat operating properly at this time. Evaporator coil is heavily rusted and will be an issue to the sealed system in the future. Terminals for electric heat are heavily rusted as is compressor connection. Due to age, lack of warranty and costly future repair,replacement is needed.
Performed prepaid maintenance on three train heat pump split systems .Amp drawâ€™s, refrigerant pressures, airflow, and motors are ok . Cleared the drains .found several issues with the main floor unit or the downstairs unit. The evaporator coil is heavily corroded ,this is at fail point in my opinion. The filter dryer on the outdoor unit is corroding heavily as well. Air quality coming out of the downstairs unit is not as good as it could be due to moisture inside of the unit. Recommending blue tube ultraviolet system to deal with any microbial growth . In all reality the downstairs unit should be replaced due to several major repairs that will need to be done soon . Clean and flush all condensate drains removed large amount of sludge renter said system shut down for about two hours yesterday and then came back on and satisfied quickly has been running fine since.

BLOWER MOTOR - FULL WARRANTY Replaced blower motor. Started and checked system. System is working at this time.
Found that the outdoor coil is not rejecting the heat out of the refrigerant due to the condition of Coil. Check indoor coil to see if it needs to be clean and coil is clean 2012 ruud heat pump
Warranty call on a 2016 Rudd heat pump split system customer has a 10 year parts 10 year labor 10 year compressor. Found the blower motor to be faulty and needing to be replaced. Call Robert we had one in stock put the motor in system is operating normally at this time.
To install 22KW generator
Warranty call, outdoor unit was making a loud vibrating noise. Checked pressures on system and they are good. Checked amp draw on compressor and fan motor and amps are good. Checked all screws on unit and made sure they were tight. Unit is no longer making the noise.
Prepaid maintenance on a 2011 Rheem heat pump split system. During inspection found unit operating normally at this time though there are several issues to look into. I have sent pictures through email to show the damage. The evaporator coil on the inside of the air handler is in pretty bad shape due to heavy corrosion . The filter dryer and the muffler one is external and then one is internal are both in pretty bad shape due to corrosion. I donâ€™t see any active leaks on the system ,it is operating within spec. Ultimately recommending replacement due to future breakdowns and the cost associated with said breakdowns . corrosion the both units are experiencing will cause a leak in the very near future. We are getting a 17Â° split between the supply and return. This is not going to get better due to the damage the system has taken from corrosion and also the efficiency that has been lost over time . Thoroughly inspected equipment in to take to do issues at this time. Seems to be doing all that it can, however there may be an underlying electronic issue is not showing its ugly face. The homeowner was advised to leave the equipment running if failure occurs again and the issue does not seem to be simply from the high heat load outside.
