Checked install. Showed Donta where holes in disconnects outside need to be plugged and left 20 amp Classified breaker with him so he wouldn’t have to go get one.
Service call on a 2011 Trane heat pump. The outdoor unit was locking out on low pressure due to a faulty TXV in the heat pump. The valve must be replaced for proper operation in heating mode. System is out of warranty.
Checked install. Put all strands of wire under lugs in mini split. Ready for inspection
Leak search Chris was there today for a maintenance. The condenser coil is leaking and must be replaced. Has 10/2/10 warranty, she has paper work
2014 Lenox Checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout. Checked capacitor. Checked amp draw on compressor and fan motors. Cleaned coils. Cleared drain line. UV light is good. Checked operation of zones. Unit is working properly at this time.
2019 Ruud Checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout . Checked capacitor. Checked amp draw on compressor and fan motors. Cleaned coils. Cleared drain line. Checked float switches. Unit is working properly at this time.
Spoke with Mr. Al and try to speak to him about systems and about his warranty which he is out of warranty but he said he was going to call Trane and call Vic the person that built his house and see if he can get The system fixed by then for them to pay for Vic never registered his unit so he’s going to try and get Vic to pay for it or Trane I asked him why would he want to do that when he can get a new unit with a 10 year warranty on parts and one year labor warranty with us he did not want to talk about a new system he wanted to talk about getting Vic and Trane to pay for it I asked if he did not get them to pay for it was he going to go with a new system and he did not give me an answer at first and then he gave me an answer he said if they do not pay for it he will give me an call

2012 Goodman Found unit to only be running on aux heat. Put gauges on unit and read 0 pressure. Evap coil is rusted. Need service tech to come out
Customer is currently experiencing erratic electrical issues throughout the home, need to reschedule maintenance after power company comes by.
Prepaid maintenance on a 2010 Rudd heat pump split system that was installed in 2013. Overall equipment is running good there’s a little bit of water damage in the air handler from every day use. Start up amps refrigerant pressures heat strips everything is working good. No action is needed at this time.Evaporator coal has been replaced it is new .See notes
Service call. I repaired a rip in s 8†flex run in the crawl space.
2005 Goodman system was determined to be significantly low of r22 refrigerant. Customer declined leak search, states the evaporator coil was diagnosed as leaking some years ago. New system replacement is highly advised, repair is not recommended.
2020 system is in good working order. No issues were detected with the equipment at this time. The installation of a BlueTube UVC Light System in the indoor unit will greatly improve the indoor air quality, while maintaining the integrity of the air handler cabinet. They bought a 3 1/2 ton trane and a 2 ton trane With us installing two new Honeywell T6 Wi-Fi thermostats as well
