Chris answered all my questions My only complaint is the winter service has occurred a month after originally scheduled.

Performed prepaid maintenance on one 2015 Goodman heat pump split system and one 2010 Rudd heat pump split system . The 2015 Goodman system is in good shape and working normally. No action is needed at this time. The main floor unit that does the downstairs and upstairs is in really bad shape due to heavy corrosion on the evaporator coil the filter dryer outside has heavy corrosion it needs to be replaced. Checking over the ductwork found several of the runs falling apart the vapor barrier has disintegrated and the core is showing this is letting heat and cooling escape through the ductwork into the attic. Also the original Trunkline is still in place this is a duckboard line that is starting to sag and has air leaks all over it. Recommending new system with ductwork and trunk line. Customer has requested to speak to a comfort adviser about possible replacement . Tim is scheduled for 2 PM today
Service call on a 2013 Goodman split heat pump. I checked the complete system and operation of all components in heat mode. The 45/5 duel capacitor was only putting out 17 mfd. I replaced the capacitor and rechecked the operation and amps on the compressor and fan. No other problems or concerns were found at this time. System was installed in 2014 and has 10/1/10 warranty
2013 Ruud’s 2 systems Checked pressures. Checked voltage and connections throughout units. Checked capacitors. Checked amp draw on compressors and motors. Cleaned coils. Changed filters. Cleared drain lines. Checked float switches. UV bulbs are good. Units are working properly at this time. Gave estimate for duct cleaning.
2017 Ruud Unit keeps blowing 3 amp fuse. Checked low voltage connections throughout. Could not find reason for short. Previously out here last week for issue. Per office service tech will return later today

Service call on a 2014 ruud split heat pump. The thermostat was set to emergency heat upon arrival. I st the thermostat to heat and checked the system. No problems found.
Replaced thermal expansion valve and detected no further issues at this time.
Service call on a 2018 ruud split heat pump. The system is come out of refrigerant. The reversing valve body is leaking and cannot be repaired the valve must be replaced. Has 10/1/10 warranty. Call to schedule
