Service call was good. Person very courteous and knowledgable, however took two tries to get on site. Took a day off of work to later find out that my first appointment had been dropped from the schedule. Got a second appointment a few days later and was told I would not be charged the service call fee (very appreciated) only to find out later that since I had service performed (boiler cleaning and inspection) that I would not have been charged a service charge anyway (not very appreciated). Can't say much about the cost since I don't know what the going rates are like. With the lost work day I'm sure it would have cost me a lot less had they showed up the first time.
