Jim did good job. However, I would like to know why replacing "PREVENTOR, BACKFLOW, 1/2" 1/2 9DS M3" is $404.40? I have Plumbing Agreement yearly and tax, then I paid $371.24. I found that part is selling $57.07 at Amazon. The list price is $98.50. I shocked. Why did you say that $404.40???????? Do you charge that part $98.50 and labor $305.90????? Let me know.
