Jason called, showed up on time, did a great inspection on my AC, made recommendations on preventative maintenance. Went above and beyond by testing the breaker box to make sure the AC unit wasn’t drawing to large of a load.

Jason the owner went above and beyond to make things right. I needed a replacement unit thankfully mine was still under warranty. However the company who should have replaced my until said nothing was available until mid September. Jason called Lennox and they helped replace my unit for what I was originally quoted not asking me to pay anything more. They will have my business forever.

Combustion motor not running as it should has bad bearings needs replaced new motor installed and working great Control board has a short in it causing the ticking sound Recommend replacing but customers wanna wait due to system working ok Checked home for CO 0ppm
