Had a new motor fail and they came out replaced promptly.
They got a crew out the same day to fix a complicated problem.

Jason called, showed up on time, did a great inspection on my AC, made recommendations on preventative maintenance. Went above and beyond by testing the breaker box to make sure the AC unit wasn’t drawing to large of a load.
Jason and his employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
AC not cooling. Filter was dirty. Cleaned filter and unit is running in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
Charge system with R-22 Freon
AC was frozen. Unit thawed and took pressure checks of system. Unit was cooling but slightly low on Freon. Added 1.5 lbs of R-410A.
Condenser fan motor bearings bad. Replaced motor and unit not making noise,
AC not cooling. Found leak in coil piping. System is R-22 and is empty.
AC on north side of the house not cooling properly. Found TXV was not metering refrigerant. Replaced metering device, evacuated system and home is cooling. Blew out drain and insured system is running per manufacturerâ€™s specifications.
Inside panel that covers coil on American standard coils not installed correctly causing airflow issue and not allowing coil to get cool enough

45/10 capacitor reading 32.7/8.6 out of tolerance but still working I recommend replacing Fan amps 1.3 max per data plate is 1.7 Compressor amps 20.58 max per data plate is 20.3 Washed condenser and compressor amps stayed high Checked charge and temp split picture on file Compressor running hot so refrigerant charge can not be determined with certainty System is cooling but not very efficiently System is 25yrs old and is cooling the best it can
50/5 capacitor reading 48.8/4.78 Fan motor amps 1.7 max per data plate is 1.9 Compressor amps 23.7 max per data plate is 26.3 Condenser is dirty needs washed Filters are really dirty - customer changed filters while I was there and said they would wash condenser System cooling well Compressor and fan motor running high amps, they are 12yrs old and just working really hard I wouldnâ€™t be surprised if one of them went out Out later that day Customer washed condenser and now system is not cooling anymore so they called me back out Condenser fan motor locked up causing compressor to lockout on overload Will return tomorrow to install fan motor 9-11-19 Returned and installed new motor and system is cooling Compressor is pulling really high amps 22.89 and max is 26.3 compressor is on its last leg
