Great and efficient service.

The technician was very knowledgeable and very nice. He really made us feel like he cared about our home and HVAC and wasn’t there to try and sell us something we didn’t need. We will definitely be using this company and hopefully technician for all our HVAC stuff for as long as we live in OKC.

Installation of new Lennox 18 seer high efficiency dual fuel heat pump system. #NR

Installed vent covers on downstairs registers per homeowner. Replaced thermostat and heat pump is operational. Second stage heat, emergency heat, is set on a 15 minute delay in thermostat. Properly installed connector on whip for heat pump at disconnect to secure as required. Noticeable lack of air flow in laundry room and downstairs bathroom. High flow grilles installed has helped air circulation. Heat was turned on to 80 degrees with outdoor temperature of 57 degrees. Temperature heated up in home to satisfy thermostat. To determine issue with duct work, we will need to bring camera system to scope duct system. To fix any duct issue will require removal of a portion of the downstairs ceiling, possible plenum repairs, and unknown duct repairs. Repair of duct system is not economical feasible for affected rooms, and temperature swing can be mitigated by adjusting ducts in downstairs area of home.

Upon arrival system gave code for system lockout, filters are dirty, control board is not sending power to gas valve at all times... it’s hit or miss when it works, it may work multiple times but eventually it stops for awhile and causes system lockout.. control board needs replaced and we will take extra off for no finding issue faster

Customer called with complaint of heater not working. We previously had been to the helmet two months ago and found no issues when heater was doing the same thing. No service call charge your dispatch charge on this trip due to previous call with no symptoms found. On this call found that the gas valve is not opening in allowing gas to flow to the burner. Gas valve was getting voltage but would not open. Replaced gas valve with OEM part. Checked for gas leak with combustible gas detector and found no presence of gas. Checked with leak detection liquid and found no gas leak present. Heater is working correctly with no other issues found.

No one answered the doorbell or me knocking on the door. Tried calling muiltple times and no one answered, system is running well, capacitor was out of tolerance on heat pump causing compressor amps to run high, changed out capacitor and compressor amps are rising up again but this time more slowly, can’t guarantee the compressor operation but it’s working right now
