AC not cooling. Found drain clogged and safety switch activating. Cleared clog, added pan tab, and unit is cooling. Added 1/2 pound of Freon. Thermostatic Expansion Valve is not modulating and will need to be replaced.
15uf capacitor is out of tolerance reading 9.62 needs replaced 60 capacitor on ac unit is out of tolerance reading 53.2 needs replaced System is low on r22 Condenser see Dan motor running right at max amps per data plate is 1.3 and it’s running at 1.34 Customer elected not to do any repairs today
