Kirk was able to show up earlier than expected. He diagnosed he problem as a separated thermostat wire very quickly. He was able to reconnect and solve the major issue with unit for a very reasonable price.

Hands down in Guthrie!! Above and Beyond offers Excellent customer service, pricing and follow through on their promise. They are responsive and even kept in touch via text with a tracking link (kinda like Uber has) as Jesse was in route. Even sent a picture of him so we wouldn’t open the door to a stranger. Wow!! Is all I can say. I’m impressed and even though another company installed our new HVAC system in 2017 we will use Above and Beyond HVAC for our service and maintenance needs.

They really went above and beyond. I felt like their heart was really in it because they did everything they could in a timely manner to make sure we wouldn't have to spend any more time in our extremely hot house than we needed to. They knew EXACTLY what was wrong with our AC unit and it took no time at all for them to figure it out. The service was impeccable. I will never go to anyone else!! Recommend to all!!

Bad compressor Tries to come on but is mechanically locked 2ton condenser or new compressor is needed

Upon arrival system running fan only. Checked filter clean. Hooked I manifold up system running in cooling temp split good sub cooling 13 degrees superheat 16 degrees 410 a system ran for 30 minutes and everything is good.
Check system for capacity issue noticed by inspector. Verify system performance with iManifold system. Home heated & cooled by five ton heat pump with air handler. Unit has an indoor TXV for cooling and an outdoor orifice for in heating mode. Set thermostat to start at 70 while hooking iManifold to system and placing probes in ducts. Cleaned outdoor unit and checked indoor air handler blower and coil before starting tests. System achieved a 19.7 degree temperature split after stabilizing. Unit is running efficiently. No issues discovered with unit.

Trouble shoot unit condensate drain clogged. Pumped about 120 lbs of nitrogen to remove debris.
Inside panel that covers coil on American standard coils not installed correctly causing airflow issue and not allowing coil to get cool enough
