Upon arrival tenant stated that system was frozen up for multiple days, tenant changed filter and system started cooling again I added new 24x14 filter and noticed that system is low on r22, I checked around condenser and line set for leaks and didn’t find any, I then checked around line set in attic and coil and I found leak in coil video on file Coil needs replaced but with the age of the complete system I would recommend replacing everything so that you can get everything into a warranty so that out can live stress free for awhile Equipment is 17 1/2 wide and opening is 20 1/2 wide Will have to take trim down from opening to get old equipment out and new equipment in
