Evaluate HVAC system and output. Platform for unit is rotted and a piece of particle board was placed under unit to support it. Furnace is titled and leaning. Duct work under home has missing insulation, is smashed, and is not sealed at joints. Unable to access part of home due to crawl space restrictions. While temperature split is adequate, airflow is not adequate to cool home. Most of the system air is escaping under the home. Only option is to install furnace and coil in attic. Need to move gas line to attic, build plenum in attic, and install boots and duct work in attic.
