I am very happy with the service I received. First Paul was on time, he explained what he would be doing and asked if I had questions and concerns. Shay was very courteous, and polite. He located things that would have been costly repairs in the future. Our AC, which already seemed pretty okay, now blows even more air than before. Only regret is not doing this earlier!
