Colton J came into our home of 25+ years and helped us understand the function of our heating and A/C system and then took pictures to show the corrosion and cracks that were posing a danger to my family, if we didn’t consider the possibility of replacing the complete system. We have been babying our heater and A/C for so long, replacing a motor here and other parts at times and just didn’t want to hear that now was the time to listen to Gary about what our options were. Colton was honest from the get-go. You could just tell he didn’t want us to spend money that wasn’t necessary and well, we were just left knowing we needed to act and Gary is coming by Saturday and with Colton’s honesty and Gary’s integrity we will most likely spend quite a bit of dollars we probably can’t afford, but with Home Depot being behind their products and financing, I feel comfortable to listen to a no-pressure presentation and will most likely spend some money that will not only keep my family safe but also cool in the summer and warm in the winter and even save US dollars in the long run and even let our carbon foot-print be much more green.
