Colton J came into our home of 25+ years and helped us understand the function of our heating and A/C system and then took pictures to show the corrosion and cracks that were posing a danger to my family, if we didn’t consider the possibility of replacing the complete system. We have been babying our heater and A/C for so long, replacing a motor here and other parts at times and just didn’t want to hear that now was the time to listen to Gary about what our options were. Colton was honest from the get-go. You could just tell he didn’t want us to spend money that wasn’t necessary and well, we were just left knowing we needed to act and Gary is coming by Saturday and with Colton’s honesty and Gary’s integrity we will most likely spend quite a bit of dollars we probably can’t afford, but with Home Depot being behind their products and financing, I feel comfortable to listen to a no-pressure presentation and will most likely spend some money that will not only keep my family safe but also cool in the summer and warm in the winter and even save US dollars in the long run and even let our carbon foot-print be much more green. A fairly new service technician had a problem and blew out a part on my furnace. He was honest and told me immediately about the problem, he kept me informed as to how it was being resolved, which included a trip to get a new part and his supervisor coming to help. As always, Absolute Air, performed professionally, even in a difficult situation. I have no complaints just appreciation.

We paid for the a/c unit on completion and have yet to receive a receipt. Somehow the company can immediately send an email to review the company’s work, and then send another email the next day to review the company’s work when they don’t get an immediate response, but when we try to get a receipt for the work we have had done they are SLOW. When the work was completed we were told we’d be sent a receipt. It didn’t come by late afternoon that day so we called. We were told the receipt will come after our check is processed, which we were told yesterday would be that same day, but when we called again today we were told it will now be in 3 more days. Unimpressed - a receipt should be issued upon completion. 👎

The service was great! They didn't try to sell me more than I needed, but they made sure I knew all of my options. The whole process took less than 72 hours from start to finish. Caden, the install tech was friendly and efficient, and left the work area clean and made sure I knew what had been done before leaving for the day.
