Wyatt explained all that he had done and answered all our questions. He says our furnace is running great. We were pleased with that. I do have one concern. It seems like Absolute Air.tries to "up sale" during each service call. Today he tried to sell us an electrical surge protector for the furnace circuit at almost $300, yet when Absolute Air installed it last year as a total complete replacement there was no mention of a need for a surge protector. Recently we had Absolute Air.come to replace a leaking pipe on our water heater; we were told there were several items needed to bring it up to code. It cost over $600, about the same price as the original water heater parts and labor. There was no mention of all these items required by the building code when it was installed originally.

It's important to feel important as a customer, and I appreciate that Absolute Air works to both keep their customers happy and to install a quality product. We had a big job, replacing two furnaces and two air conditioners. They scheduled two teams to get the job done in one day! I really appreciate the attention to detail, cleaning up the job site, and making sure I understood the new equipment. Thanks for the hard work!

CJ and Wyatt were awesome! They quickly diagnosed, explained and repaired my A/C issue. They educated me on how the A/C in my house works, how I can extend the life of my unit and gave me the advice I was looking for in regards to future services I will need. I will definitely use Absolute again because of these guys. They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and overall just very nice to work with. Thank you, CJ and Wyatt!
