Josh was very good to work with over the phone. He explained everything very thoroughly and did all that he could to work out a price I could live with. The Amana warranty seems too good to believe but it is there. Oliver and the other installers got to my home on schedule and did a wonderful, thorough job and left the work area cleaner than when they started. Everything looks good and we are very happy with our new system so far......
