Joel and his team did a great job on the installation of the unit.
Emmanuel came to service our units today. He checked everything and changed the filters. As usual, he did a stellar job! We can always count on Emmanuel and that’s why we ask for him specifically!
Emmanuel did an excellent job of maintaining and adjusting our new furnace. He took the time to explain to us how the furnace works and how to keep the furnace operating efficiently. Emmanuel was a great help.
The best serviceman who is professional and cares about his work with his customers!
Jay did a great job---explain our whole system very well and gave detail discussions on key areas he checked out I took his suggestion and signed up for the "package" future check ups---thanks for the follow up
Crew appeared on time and performed the work in a timely and professional manner
Peyton was very polite and nice, but he had never seen one of the UV filtering systems like you installed here in May on two of our A/C units. He didn't even try to change the filter on our older unit, until I asked him if he had. I think he was going to leave without doing anything about it, if I hadn't asked him. He said that he had never seen one before, and I fortunately discovered later that he did not install it correctly, so I had to fix it. Overall, I am left to wonder about whether anything else was overlooked.
Emmanuel answered all our questions and pointed us toward the best and most cost efficient solution. It was great working with him.
Preformed the fall maintenance on the system and found the unit to be operational but very old. Recommend the homw owner prepare to replace the unit soon.

Fall heat maintenance one system gas furnace. Upon arrival the system was turned on in heat mode and tested. The blower motor, heat exchanger, burners, flame sensor, hot surface igniter, furnace safeties, filter, duct system, attic insulation, vent system, gas lines, and electrical connections were all inspected. The filter was changed with one provided by the homeowner. It is still recommended to have an attic tent installed over the attic access to reduce heat transfer from the attic. The system is heating properly at this time.
One system heating tune found blower motor is leaking fluid and the ingniter is weak. Recommended repair for unit please see estimate and photos.
Preformed the fall maintenance on the 2 systems. Found the units to be well within manufactory specifications. No traces of gas or carbon monoxide detected at this time. Systems are working properly.
Post install walk-through on recently installed equipment. Pre-filters should be in next week.
Fall heater tune up one system gas furnace. Upon arrival the system was turned on in heat mode and tested. The blower motor, heat exchanger, burners, flame sensor, hot surface igniter, vent system, gas lines, ductwork, filter, attic insulation, and electrical connections were all inspected. During the inspection the attic insulation was noticed to be a little thin at around five to six inches in most places. The compressor blanket in the outdoor unit was also noticed to be deteriorating and it is recommended that both of these issues be fixed and an estimate will be sent. The unit itself is heating properly at this time.
Performed furnace check up. No issues with equipment. Cleaned flame sensor. Tested for CO. Read 0 ppm inside of home after about 15 min of system in 2nd stage. Inducer and blower motor amps read fine. Only recommendation is to add about 7” of blown insulation on top of what currently in the attic. About 2000sq ft. Homeowner will wait until some other home improvements done to re open discussion on insulation. System is heating well.
Post install walk-through on recently installed furnace only. Everything is operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Post install walk-through on recently installed equipment. I still need to bring back one 14 x 26 return grill.
Heat performance tuneup times two systems. Changed out. Client supplied filters. Found no issues with either heater at this time.
One electric air handler system heating tune up tested amps and voltage for blower motor and heating kit. Checked all wires and connections. Calibrated thermostat ***20x20x4 air filter***
Performed one system heating maintenance. No issues with gas furnaces sequence of operation. Cleaned flame sensor. Homeowner recently replaced air filter. Inducer and blower motor reading proper amps.
Fan running constantly. Upon arrival the unit was found to be turned off at the thermostat but the fan could be heard running through the vents. The unit was opened up and the blower motor was turned off but a fan noise could be heard in the ductwork. The ductwork was traced back to the vent that was noisiest and a inline fan was found in the metal ductwork. The fan was unwired and the wiring was capped off. Unit is heating properly at this time.
