Performed a gas furnace heat maintenance on a 2021 Trane System. Checked for leaks, checked amperage and voltage, checked pressure switches, everything tested well. System is heating properly.
Complted with no heat on a 2024 horizontal furnace in attic our Install Pnl, found ignitor not ignitorng due to only getting 50 volts, bad circuit board. Called trane to order part and it's back order. Part should be at trane supply in 2-5 business days. Po# 48341726_001 order number 24607980 at trane 10665 sanden drive suit 180 Dallas tx 75238 also make sure to bring a filter request by customer 20x25x4 Customer will pay for service fee and filter once we complete work.
2020 gas furnace trane heating maintenance, changed filter provided by homeowner, cleared pressure tube, blower amps are good, inducer motor amps are high .44 max is .30, flame sensor and hsi are showing signs of wear, gave option to replace all 3, homeowner went forward with repairs, have to return to change inducer motor.
Completed a gas furnace heat maintenance on a 2018 Trane Furnace. No leaks, correct amperage, correct voltage. Pressure switches and gas valve is working correctly. System is heating properly. Collected $235 for membership renewal.
Completed with heat 1 on a 2014 York gas horizontal in attic 3 ton, furnace poorly operating due to a few components not in good shape, heat exchanger is extremely corroded and rusted from inside, flue pipe is broken not connected all way and touching wood, very dusty ducts and alot of air leaking out since unit it's not sealed properly. 2 system gas furnace heat maintenance 2023,2023 our install, changed filters provided by homeowner, checked operation of zone system, cleared pressure tube, checked blower and inducer motor, both units heating at this time.
Dispatched to investigate system not keeping up. Upon arrival, client directed me to the thermostats operating inside of the facility. Two of the three thermostats were turned off. After turning on two thermostats, I went to the roof and found only one to be running. The ceilings are 10 foot inside the building. They are split systems. They are not rooftop units. I added 3 pounds of 410 A to the system that would come on. if further investigation is needed or wanted, I will need to bring a taller ladder to find out why 24 V is not being applied to the contactor on the roof for the condenser. 3#
Heating maintenance gas furnace, checked filter, cleared pressure tube, checked amps on blower motor and inducer motor, homeowner asked me to check zone board function, found zone board not sending voltage to dampers, gave quote to replace, will hold off until later date.

Performed a Heat maintenance on a 7 year old American Standard Gas furnace. System is heating properly, no leaks, correct amperage and voltage and clean filter. My suggestions to the home owner were adding insulation and a duct cleaning. The return plenum and duct is dirty.
