Had a problem with my AC, still under warranty. AC Pros came out immediately, and though the problem was difficult to diagnose, they stayed on it and found the cause, and completed the fix. I’ve been very pleased with their service.
Cole is the best at diagnosing and taking his time.
Jason was very thorough in his analysis of my HVAC systems. He made the necessary adjustments to insure my systems were operating properly.
Cole is outstanding. He kept me informed about his progress with each heating unit. He also offered suggestions as to proper air flow filters. In addition, we took approximately 10 minutes to test the the fire and carbon monoxide filters.
Excellent service! Very pleased.
AC PROs are the best! Jason came out to do the Fall service on our system. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our Trane system. If you want the best from installation to routine maintenance on your ac/heating system, call the best - AC PROs!
Joel is Great
No heat. Compressor would coma on but condenser fan motor would not. System is shutting off due to high pressure. Sent an email to the office to give a price for new CFM. Also need a price to replace electric heat strips.
Evaporator temperature sensor and Gas temperature sensor not making good contract to coil. Resecured both and reset system. Heat pump is operating at MFG specs at th
Replaced inducer draft motor under p&l
Performed a freeze test on the evaporator coil to check for restrictions. Found a restriction in the lower part of the coil. We will replace the coil under warranty for free per Jairo. While I was here I replaced the extra filter that comes with the system for one without damage. I lowered the cooling CFM per ton to 310. I also calibrated the gas valve to proper pressure in first and second stage per manufacturer specs. When the installers come back they will need to replace the pvc since it was incorrectly glued and is leaking.
Blew in attic insulation up to 18" and cleaned dryer vent
Summary: Heating Maintenance on 2 systems. Checked the heat exchangers. Cleaned the flame sensors and checked the igniters. Checked all the safety switches. Checked the gas pressures and checked for carbon monoxide. There is no carbon monoxide present at this time. Tightened all the electrical connections. Inspected the blower motors and the inducer motors. Inspected the ductwork. The system is working properly on heat mode at this moment. Heat performance tune up times one system. Change out filter client supplied. Test all safety features High limits and roll out. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Test thermostat for proper operation. System operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Both systems working properly in heat mode at this time.
Replaced ceiling registers and performed full house air balance
Heat performance tune up times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Inspect Heat exchangers. They are getting thinner and thinner do to the edge of the system. My recommendation is changing out the furnace next year. Tightened all wire connections. Clean flame sensor and induced report.
System working properly in heat mode at this time. I found a bad flame rollout. When checking outlet gas pressure, I found it to be above manufacter specs. Adjusted gas valve to proper pressure.
Tightened all the electrical connections. Inspected the blower motor. Checked all the components to make sure that they are working properly. Inspected the coils. Checked refrigerant levels and washed the outdoor unit. The unit is working properly on A.C Mode at this moment. Replaced downstairs system with new Trane 4T XV18i complete, installed reme halo - replaced hard pipe ductwork and registers - Trane 10 yr part warranty - Dealer 5 yr labor warranty - 5 yr maintenance
Heating and cooling check done and all pressures and temps are within range given how the system is installed. Every vent has less than 69 degree air coming from them and over 115 on the heat side. An extra filter and condenser wash was done as courtesy. Recommendations are to switch out all the registers to maximize flow and help with static pressure and to upgrade the drain lines with correct p trap.
