Checkup on 2 trane units. Airflow was discussed and airflow correction suggestions were given to customer. Both units were washed and filters changed. Only suggestion is to have both drains redone to help with clogging will leave an estimate. Can you confirm both units are running at this time.
Completed maintenance check washed condenser coils, flushed drains, run capacitors were good. Condenser fan motors and blower amps and refrigerant levels are fine, Also replaced filters. Post install walkthrough on recently installed equipment. Inspected ductwork and drains to verify they are connected and supported. Test thermostat for proper operation. Check the operations of heat and cool by way of the thermostat. Verified correct breaker is located in the Square D disconnect. System operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
replace supply registers, add a 10in bypass damper, replace the broken 17in damper for the downstairs, move the 9in supply run to the downstairs and add an a damper along with shifting some of the ductwork

Post install walkthrough on recently installed equipment. Verified both systems are operating properly and heat. Verify the charge is correct on both units. Both systems are level and straight in the attic and all ductwork is supported accordingly. Added back plates to both thermostats due to the chip paint around them. Removed access insulation inside the front restroom. Where is a piece of Radiant Barrier missing at the walk out attic entrance. Jim to come assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Performed a/c maintenance inspection, replaced hard start kit for master bedroom because it was below specification. Washed condenser coils, flushed drains, temperature splits are good. Run capacitors are in range and compressor/ fan motor amps. Recommended adding hard start kit to other system, declined repairs right now. There were no other problems found.
