1 system maintenance, 2022 heat pump, changed filter provided by homeowner, drain pan dry, line is flowing, amps are good on blower motor, no oil or play in bearing. Cleaned condenser coil, amps are good on compressor and fan, mfds are within range, unit is cooling at this time
Zac found leak in coil, as I had already talked with landlord on previous visit and got a preemptive approval on price I charged system until I received a green flag on measure quick will call Monday to get final approval as well as confirm an approximate timeframe
